Greenmap
In the summer of 2008, I had the chance to work with the fabulous people at Green Map System, a New York-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Founded in 2005, the organization promotes participation in sustainable community development, using mapmaking as their medium. I worked with Wendy Brawer, Thomas Turnbull, Carlos Martinez, Miikka Lammela and others on Open Green Map, a collaborative online map-making tool using the Google Maps API.
